We continue to inform and bring all of Brussels together towards a common city project!
In November, we met with 25 representatives from 19 museums and explored ways of working together on our candidacy. In three round tables, we presented our vision for 2030, looked back on the Summer Assembly and the Summer activities, and asked the museums about their involvement in the B2030 project. In addition to our general work, we also focused on a key theme of our project each time.
On Wednesday 9/11, we were welcomed at the Autrique House in Schaerbeek and exchanged with La Centrale, CIVA, KBR, Wiels, Trainworld, Design Museum, and Kanal our visions of the Future Spaces and thought about what the Brussels territory can offer us by 2030.
On Thursday 10/11 we visited the AMVB (Archief en Museum voor het Vlaams Leven te Brussel) with the House of European History, the Ixelles Museum, Bozar, Coudenberg, the Horta Museum, the Erasmus House & Beguinage. We discussed the links between museums and Europe.
On Tuesday 15/11, the Maison de la Culture et de la Cohésion sociale de Molenbeek-Saint-Jean welcomed us as well as the Art & Marges Museum, Bozar, National Museum of the Resistance, Wiels, Design Museum, and the Jardin Massart of the ULB to discuss in more detail the involvement of the youth of Brussels in our candidacy.
